    That the minutes of the special closed meeting held February 11, 2019 and the closed and regular meeting of Council held February 12, 2019 BE ADOPTED as presented.

Councillor Anita Riccio-Spagnuolo is absent from tonight's meeting as she attending the Ontario Good Roads Association (OGRA) Conference in Toronto.

A Chili Cook off was held with Town of LaSalle Staff on Thursday, February 14, 2019. which was well attended. Congratulations to Julie Columbus, Director of Culture and Recreation and Dale Langlois, Treasurer and Manager of Finance for making it to the top three winners. Thank you to the Town of LaSalle Employee Social Committee for organizing a great staff event.

On Friday, February 27, 2019 Mayor Bondy attended a retirement party for Tony Haddad, Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Tecumseh. Best wishes are extended to Mr. Haddad on his retirement.

Mayor Bondy attended the anniversary banquet held by St. Nicholas Macedonian Community Centre at 5225 Howard Avenue celebrating the 40th anniversary of the consecration of the Church and the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Church Committee.

    That the report of the Director of Finance & Treasurer and Manager of Information Technology (FIN-03-19) recommending the purchase of Cyber Insurance through CFC Underwriting Ltd. with an annual premium of $17,516.00 for 2019 for $5,000,000 liability coverage BE APPROVED and that this agreement be adopted by By-Law at a future Council Meeting.

Councillor Carrick stated that at the budget meeting for Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) resulted in a 2.8% increase which amounted to 32 cents per household.
