  • Recommendation

    That the minutes of the Meeting of the Accessibility Advisory Committee dated August 3, 2021 be adopted as presented.

  • Recommendation

    That the report of the Deputy Clerk dated August 30, 2021 (CL-10-2021) regarding the Communication Board Project be received.

Deputy Clerks Note: Councillor Desjarlais, Chair, requests members  bring forward ideas regarding potential future projects which can be initiated by the Committee.

  • Recommendation

    Councillor Riccio-Spagnuolo inquires about Accessible Picnic Tables and if any will be added to LaSalle parks this coming year.  This item will be referred to 2022 Budget Deliberations.

     

The next scheduled Meeting will be held on October 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

  • Recommendation

    That the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday October 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. be cancelled; and that the regular scheduled meeting resume on Tuesday December 7, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
