Mayor Meloche called the meeting to order at 4:50 p.m.

  Seconded by: Deputy Mayor Akpata

  That Council moves into closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, under Section 239 2(b) to discuss personal matters about identifiable individuals, being a review of applications for Court of Revision appointments, Section 239 2(c) to discuss a matter regarding a proposed acquisition or disposition of land by the Town located at Malden Rd and Laurier Dr, and Section 239 2(c) being a matter regarding a proposed acquisition or disposition of land by the Town located at Kelly Rd.
