Public Meeting to consider a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application request from 9095217 Canada Inc. & Martin and Donna Dupuis (Registered Owner), Ron Lapointe - River Canard Canoe Company(Applicant), and Paul Bezaire - Planning Consultant and Dan Krutsch - Consulting Engineer, Landmark Engineering (Agents) on approximately 0.5 hectares of land located along the south side of Malden Road (County Road 3) at the intersection of North Townline Road (County Road 8), municipally known as 9350 Malden Road and the vacant lot situated immediately to the north to rezone the subject lands from a Rural Commercial Zone - :"C6" and an Agricultual Zone - "A", to a Rural Commercial Zone - "C6-6", to add a new site-specific zone category of "the rental and launch of non-motorized watercraft" as a permitted additional use on these lands. It should be noted that no new buildings or structures wil be permitted with the "C6-6" category.

That the report of the Manager of Roads and Parks dated June 7, 2017 (PW-10-17) recommending the purchase of a Freightliner 108SD Single Axle full size snow plow with a salting unit for the Public Works Department from Team Trucks at a total cost of $236, 856 (plus taxes) BE APPROVED and that funding for this purchase come from the 2017 budget for a new 5-Ton snow plow and the remaining cost come from existing equipment reserves.
