We acknowledge that the ground on which we live is the Traditional territory of the Caldwell First Nation; of the Three Fires Confederacy and the original people of Point Pelee & Pelee Island and its surrounding lands and waters, and that of the Huron-Wendat and Wyandot Peoples.  We recognize and respect the First Nations who are stewards of the land and waters of Turtle Island and who have embraced the stewardship since time immemorial.  We would also like to acknowledge the contributions of other nearby First Nation communities and all Original People across Turtle Island.

D’Amore Drive Sidewalk Petition

• Recommendation

  That the report of the Director of Public Works dated August 23^rd, 2021 (PW-29-2021) regarding the D’Amore Dr Sidewalk Petition be received and that the recommendation to have the developer install sidewalks on the east side of D’Amore Dr from Gabrieau to Sixth Concession, as agreed to in the development agreement be approved.

  8609 A By-law to appoint a Chief Building Official

  8610 A By-law to amend By-law 8230 being a By-Law to appoint a Building Inspector

  8611 A By-law to amend By-law number 7932 being a By-law to deem a portion of Registered Plan 635 not to be lands on a registered plan of subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the Planning Act

• Recommendation

  That By-law numbers 8608 to 8611 be given a second reading.

• Recommendation

  That By-law numbers 8608 to 8611 be given a third reading and finally passed.
