That the report of the Director of Finance & Treasurer and the Manager of Finance & Deputy Treasurer dated December 11, 2016 (FIN-41-2016) regarding the 2017 Budget Deliberations and Council requested reductions BE APPROVED, that the proposed tax rate BE ESTABLISHED at 0.00%  and that the corresponding bylaw BE ADOPTED during the bylaw stage of the agenda.
