Mayor Meloche called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

  Seconded by: Councillor Burns

  That Council moves into closed session in accordance with Section 239 2(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to discuss personal matters about identifiable individuals, being a review of applications for Committee appointments.
