    That Council moves into closed session in accordance with Section 239 2(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to discuss labour relations or employee negotiations, being a matter regarding CUPE Contract Negotiations.

    That the report of the Director of Human Resources and the Manager of Finance dated November 4, 2022 (HR-2022-04) regarding a tentative agreement with CUPE Local 701 be received and that contract negotiations be ratified.
