That the minutes of the closed and regular meetings of Council held May 9, 2017 BE ADOPTED as presented.

That the Accounts Payable report dated May 23, 2017 BE APPROVED for payment.

That the report of the Manager of Finance & Deputy Treasurer dated March 17, 2017 (FIN-14-2017) recommending Administration apply for a grant opportunity from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Municipal Asset Program for Phase #1 Condition analysis of 135 kms of storm sewers throughout the Town of LaSalle BE APPROVED and that the Town commit to collecting data on the condition of 135 kms of storms sewers throughout the Town in its proposed project submitted to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities ' Municipal Asset Management Program to advance our asset management program and that if the grant application is successful, $12,500 will be committed from the 2018 capital budget towards the cost of this initiative.

That the report of the Director of Public Works dated May 17, 2017 (PW-21-17) recommending continued temporary access be allowed to the resident of 842 Golfwood and the Fortis Group through Kenwood Park and the unopened right-of-way until the beginning of September, 2017 at which time restoration will occur subject to the recommendation by the arborist and biologist BE APPROVED.

That the report of the Manager of Engineering dated May 16, 2017 (PW-18-17) recommending Administration be authorized to initiate section 78 of the Drainage Act for the West Branch Cahill Drain BE APPROVED.

That the report of the Director of Public Works dated May 17, 2017 (PW-19-17) recommending the 2017 Road Reconstruction Capital Budget be utilized to carry out the reconstruction of Hazel Street from Bouffard Road to Laurier Drive provided the satellite fire station preferred location remain at the former Colonel Bishop School Site BE APPROVED.

That the report of the Director of Public Works dated May 17, 2017 (PW-20-17) recommending the implementation of bike lanes on Normandy Road between Huron Church Line and Malden Road BE APPROVED and that new line painting and signage be installed and that this work be funded from the annual sidewalks, trails and streetlight capital allocation.

That the report of the Manager of Engineering dated May 17, 2017 (PW-16-17) regarding the contract award for the Wyoming Pathway Improvements/Orford Watermain Replacement project BE RECEIVED, and that the project BE AWARDED to J&J Lepera Infrastructures Inc. and further that the tender price submitted of $875,000.00 + HST BE APPROVED and further  that the corresponding bylaw BE ADOPTED during the Bylaw stage of the agenda.

That the report of the Manager of Engineering dated May 18, 2017 (PW-17-17) regarding the contract award for the Abbot Street Watermain Replacement project BE RECEIVED, and that the project BE AWARDED  to Sherway Contracting (Windsor) Ltd. and further that the tender price submitted of $267,730.00 + HST BE APPROVED and further that the corresponding Bylaw BE ADOPTED during the Bylaw stage of the agenda.

That the recommendations contained in the minutes of the Fire Committee Meeting held May 4, 2017 BE APPROVED.

That the Financial Statement, Capital Fund Analysis and Reserves and Reserve Fund Schedule ending April 30, 2017 BE RECEIVED.

That correspondence received from The Township of Enniskillen, the Township of O'Connor, the Municipality of Huron East, the Town of Lakeshore, Peterborough County, the Township Malahide, and Kingsville Township endorsing and supporting resolution #142/17 passed on April 11, 2017 regarding Funding for the Great Lakes BE RECEIVED.

That the report of the Chief Administrative Officer dated May 23, 2017 being a summary of reports to Council BE RECEIVED.
