  That Council moves into closed session in accordance with Section 239 2(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to discuss labour relations or employee negotiations, being a matter regarding CUPE 701.1 Contract Negotiations.

  That the report of the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Finance dated May 7, 2024 (HR-01-2024) regarding a tentative agreement with CUPE Local 701.1 (Seasonal Employees) be received and that the contract, as negotiated, be ratified.
