Mayor Meloche called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof

Councillor Carrick disclosed a pecuniary interest on agenda item C.1 because a family member owns property on Malden Road.

Closed Session

  Seconded by: Councillor Riccio-Spagnuolo

  That Council move into closed session in accordance with Section 239 2(b) & (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to consider a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Town located on Malden Road and personal matters about an identifiable individual, being a review of an application for a Court of Revision appointment.
