Introduction and Purpose of Meeting

The sole purpose of the Court of Revision is to hear any appeals to the charges being assessed to individual property owners as outlined in the Schedule of Assessment contained in the Engineer's Report for the Repair and Improvement of the Chappus Drain in the Town of LaSalle.  Submissions related to the technical merits of the Engineer's Report are not permitted.

This sitting of the Court of Revision is pursuant to the Engineer's Report prepared by Rood Engineering Inc. dated April 18, 2023 which was considered and provisionally adopted at a Meeting to Consider held by the Town of LaSalle on September 26, 2023, by By-law 8823 which received two readings by Council at its Regular Meeting held September 26, 2023.
